Rodda Paint Purchases Five Paint Stores from Kelly-Moore Paint in Idaho and Oregon
The Rodda Paint Co. announces the purchase of five Kelly-Moore Paint stores in Idaho and Oregon. Rodda Paint is the largest family-owned premium paint manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest located in Portland, Oregon, and part of the Cloverdale Group based in Surrey, British Columbia. Kelly-Moore Paint is located in San Carlos, California with store locations predominantly in California and Texas.
Beginning August 1, 2014, the five Kelly-Moore outlets have joined the Rodda Paint group of forty-eight existing professional paint stores throughout the Northwest metro-markets.

The store locations will continue to distribute all K-M branded paint lines, and Rodda will introduce its brands with other related suppliers over the coming months. The stores will retain the same people and products, colors and in-store services, but add more choices as the expansive lines of Rodda paints and coatings are also made available.
The history of Rodda Paint began in 1932 with founders Art Rodda and Morey Braden. Since then, Rodda listened to the professional customer to develop quality paints and coatings for the growing Northwest markets from the offices and manufacturing facilities in Portland, Oregon. With this acquisition, Rodda Paint now has 53 full-service retail distribution outlets in the Northwest serving the professional paint trades and retail DIY customers.
