Rodda Paint Has a New President and Chief Operating Officer
President & Chief Operating Officer at Rodda Paint Co, Bill Boone, has announced a strategic succession plan for the future growth of the company. The change marks the culmination of a two year plan with Bill taking on a new role as Director of Strategic Accounts and by naming David Wolf, presently Vice-President Industrial Sales as the new President and Chief Operating Officer for the company.
In his tenure as President of Rodda, Bill has successfully lead the company through difficult economic times and expanded their footprint by an aggressive 48% during this period, increasing from 37 to 55 store locations covering five states in the Northwestern US. Now, coming off a record sales year at Rodda, he prepares to take on his new role and says “I am excited to be in this unique position to further develop key customer relationships, demonstrate our industry leading service and further grow our business”. This move also allows Bill, who lives in Washington, to spend more time with his family.
David Wolf, brings 24 years of experience to Rodda, the last 21 years with the Carboline Company headquartered in St. Louis, MO, where he began as a technical Sales Representative before advancing through the company as Director of Marketing, Vice President Sales, and Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. David brings an energy and a focus to Rodda Paint and looks forward to the challenges ahead. He will report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cloverdale Paint Group in Vancouver, B.C.
